Lift Run Rest Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lift Run Rest mobile application and related services provided by Lift Run Rest LLC (“Lift Run Rest,” “LRR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using Lift Run Rest, you agree to these Terms.

1. App License

Lift Run Rest is distributed through Apple’s App Store.

Your license to use the Lift Run Rest application is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) unless another applicable agreement is expressly provided.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and Apple’s Standard EULA regarding the license to the application, Apple’s Standard EULA controls.

2. Lift Run Rest Service

Lift Run Rest is a fitness and workout-tracking application that may provide features such as:

  • Strength, cardio, HIIT, and stretching workout tracking

  • Workout history

  • Progress information

  • Saved workouts

  • Exercise information

  • Training schedules and calendars

  • Outdoor GPS workout tracking

  • Apple Health integration

  • Apple Music controls

  • Workout reminders

  • Live Activities

  • Optional Lift Run Rest Pro features

Available features may change as the application is updated.

3. Fitness and Health Disclaimer

Lift Run Rest is provided for general fitness, workout-tracking, and informational purposes.

Lift Run Rest is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Exercise involves inherent risks. You are responsible for determining whether an exercise, workout, activity, or training program is appropriate for you.

Consult an appropriate physician or qualified healthcare professional before beginning or changing an exercise program if you have questions about your health, medical condition, injury, symptoms, medications, or ability to exercise safely.

Stop exercising and seek appropriate medical attention if you experience symptoms that may require medical evaluation.

Do not use Lift Run Rest as a substitute for emergency medical care.

4. Lift Run Rest Pro

Lift Run Rest may offer optional paid features through an auto-renewable subscription called Lift Run Rest Pro.

Subscription pricing, duration, and billing terms are displayed before purchase.

Subscriptions are purchased and billed through Apple’s App Store and are associated with your Apple Account.

Unless canceled, an auto-renewable subscription renews automatically according to the subscription period shown when you purchase it.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple subscription settings.

Cancellation prevents future renewal but generally does not terminate access before the end of the period that has already been paid for, subject to Apple’s applicable terms and policies.

Restore Purchases may be used to restore eligible subscription access associated with your Apple Account.

Any introductory offer, trial, discount, or promotional offer applies only if it is specifically displayed to you before purchase.

5. Subscription Prices and Changes

The subscription price that applies to you is the price presented through Apple when you subscribe or renew, subject to Apple’s applicable pricing and subscription rules.

Lift Run Rest may introduce new subscription options or change pricing for future purchases as permitted by Apple and applicable law.

Any required notice or consent relating to subscription price changes will be handled in accordance with Apple’s App Store requirements.

6. Apple Health

Lift Run Rest may provide optional integration with Apple Health and HealthKit.

You control whether Lift Run Rest receives permission to write supported workout information to Apple Health or access limited app-created Apple Health information needed for supported synchronization or route-export functionality.

Apple Health is a separate service provided by Apple. Information exported to Apple Health is subject to Apple’s systems, settings, and policies.

Deleting workout information from Lift Run Rest does not necessarily delete information that was previously exported to Apple Health.

7. Location Services

Certain outdoor workout features may use your device’s location.

Location may be used to calculate and record information such as distance, pace, speed, elevation, and workout routes.

You control location permissions through your device settings.

Some outdoor workout functionality may not operate correctly if required location permission is unavailable.

8. Apple Music and Other Apple Services

Lift Run Rest may interact with Apple services such as Apple Music, StoreKit, HealthKit, MapKit, ActivityKit, and notifications.

Your use of those Apple services is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms, policies, settings, and availability.

Lift Run Rest does not control Apple’s services and cannot guarantee their continued availability or operation.

9. Your Workout Data

Lift Run Rest currently stores its primary workout records and app settings locally on your device.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and taking reasonable precautions regarding information you choose to store in the app.

Removing the application from your device may remove locally stored Lift Run Rest information through normal iOS application behavior.

Information separately exported to Apple services may remain within those services according to their own rules and settings.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse Lift Run Rest

  • Interfere with its normal operation

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the application or related systems

  • Use the application in violation of applicable law

  • Use Lift Run Rest in a manner that infringes the rights of Lift Run Rest LLC or another person or organization

11. Intellectual Property

Lift Run Rest, including its software, branding, designs, graphics, exercise content, user-interface elements, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to Lift Run Rest LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Lift Run Rest intellectual property to you.

Your rights to use the application are limited to the license provided through Apple’s applicable App Store terms and Standard EULA.

12. Availability and Updates

Lift Run Rest may be changed, updated, improved, suspended, or discontinued in whole or in part.

Features may be added, modified, or removed over time.

Certain functionality may depend on your device, operating-system version, permissions, Apple services, network availability, or an active Lift Run Rest Pro subscription.

13. Warranty and Liability

Lift Run Rest is provided subject to the warranties, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and other protections contained in Apple’s Standard EULA and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

14. Privacy

Your use of Lift Run Rest is also subject to the Lift Run Rest Privacy Policy:

The Privacy Policy explains how Lift Run Rest handles workout data, HealthKit information, location, Apple Music information, subscriptions, local storage, and other privacy-related matters.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Lift Run Rest changes.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of Lift Run Rest after an updated version becomes effective is subject to the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
